About the Role:

Responsible for end-to-end management of a set of clients across business development and high-quality delivery of Work & Rewards solutions that result in high client satisfaction and impact. Also responsible for developing and managing one or more industries or sub-industries.

PerformanceObjectives:

Financial

  • Leadsmarketingandaccountmanagementactivitiestomeetbusinessdevelopmentand revenue targets

  • Developsandexecutesindustryresearchandbusinessdevelopmentplansbyidentifyingkey target industries, groups, associations, etc.

  • Workcloselywithotherstoassisttheminimplementingbusinessplansthatachieveprofitand revenue goals through both sales and consulting activities

  • Assessthemarketplaceforclientopportunities,thennurturequalifiedleadsintoprofitable new business wins

  • Personallyleadmarketingandsaleseffortsforthe Work & Rewardspractice (end to end Human Resource Consulting and advisory) inalignmentwith regional and company practices and initiatives

  • ActivelyrepresentWillisTowersWatsoninthemarketplacethroughvariedpublicrelations initiatives that build a strong brand image for our consulting business and support thought leadership

Excellence

  • Manageslargeandmedium-sizedprojectspayingstrictadherencetostrongproject management and meeting client requirements

  • Understandkeyareasofworkacrossjobevaluation,executivecompensation,rewards surveyofferings, PMS, Talent, assessments, workforce, HR Strategy, organizational design, Transformation, etc.

  • Design solutions and service proposition for clients and deliverhigh-qualityworkindependentlyand/orwithothersinthe team

  • Focusonqualitythroughchecking/reviewingworkdonebyothers

People&Clients

  • Collaboratewithothersbyconveyingideas,issuesandinformationina fluentandlogical manner and providing constructive peer feedback

  • Mentorjuniormembersoftheteaminareasofclientmanagement,businessdevelopment and delivery of projects

  • Managing client relationships and networks, working day to day with clients as the primary contact on delivery of services and for business development purposes

  • Developcompetenciesinrewardsareastosupportbroadscopeof projects

  • Supportothersonprojects/bidstoformulateuniqueapproachestosolvetheirbusiness problems

  • Buildpositiverelationshipswithclients/prospectsthroughworkinteractions

The Requirement:

  • 10-15yearsofrelevantexperience

  • Degreeinbusinessmanagementorhumanresources

  • Demonstratedabilityinsellinganddeliveringacrossmostareasof Work & Rewards

  • Demonstratedabilityindevelopingandparticipatinginbusinesspresentations

  • Demonstratedcapacitytoproposeandwinprofitablenewbusiness

  • Demonstratedabilitytobuildstrongclientandassociateworkingrelationships

  • Abletoproducehighqualitywrittenwork,suchasbusinessreportsorproposals

  • Abletoconveyideasincoherent,fluentandlogicalmanner

  • LeadingprojectsacrossWork & Rewards line of businesses

  • UnderstandingProjectmanagement,Clientmanagementand Sales / Bend for sales

  • Provenprojectmanagementskills

  • Demonstratedabilitytoleadanddevelopateamofhighperformingconsultingprofessionals

  • Self-drivenachieverwithavalueforteamwork,collaboration,decisiveness,integrityinallthat is done

  • Strongworkingknowledgeofthefollowingsoftwareapplicationsforanalysisand reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Preferabletohavehighattentiontodetailandquantitativeability
