The City of Winona is accepting applications for a Principal Civil Engineer.

Under limited supervision, this position assists in the development of, and oversees the design of, construction and administration for major and minor public works projects including preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, construction, contract payments, and project closeout.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Four (4) years of civil engineering or related experience with an emphasis in municipal civil engineering.
• Professional Engineering license valid in the state of Minnesota.
• Valid driver’s license.
