Become an integral part of creating an exceptional channel enablement experience by joining the Global Sales and Marketing Ops Channel Enablement organization as a Principal Channel Enablement Program Manager. In this strategic individual contributor role, you will design, facilitate, execute, and optimize global enablement programs that accelerate sales performance, partner readiness, and business growth across sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Business Units, and R&D teams to build and deliver scalable learning experiences, drive product and solution readiness, and leverage modern learning technologies, including AI-powered enablement tools, to improve effectiveness and adoption.
You create new and better ways for the organization to be successful. You develop and deliver communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
