The TikTok Shop Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop in Indonesia.
About this role
You will take ownership from a PnL and resource-efficiency perspective, ensuring that major campaigns evolve from pure scale expansion toward high-quality, sustainable business growth.
- Own end-to-end strategy and operations for major campaigns on TikTok Shop Indonesia Independent App, leading mega campaigns and being accountable for results and efficiency;
- Act as the core owner for campaign-related initiatives, consolidating and prioritizing product demands across merchant-side, user-side, and operations-side domains;
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive design and iteration of campaign-related product capabilities, improving scalability, automation, and operational efficiency;
- From a long term platform perspective, continuously optimize campaign strategies and product mechanisms for key modules such as membership growth, flash sales, and search;
- Own campaign goal setting, execution monitoring, risk management, and post-campaign reviews, building reusable frameworks and best practices.
