Job Description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting operational efficiency by executing process improvements and leveraging data analytics to align with business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:


Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and recommending and/or implementing solutions to optimize operations. Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring business operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for audits, and staying updated with relevant laws and standards.
Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinating with different teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to globalization of operations, inventory management, communication & stakeholder engagement, cost analysis, and/or quality management.

Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Principal Business Ops Analysts earns between $130,700 - $196,100.USD Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, an education/training.
