The Digital Technology SAP team is looking for a highly motivated and innovative SAP Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise SAP solutions across Order Management and Logistics Execution.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to understand business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver SAP enhancements, and ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

You will bring strong functional expertise in SAP Order Management, Logistics Execution, and S/4HANA, while contributing to business process improvements, system configuration, testing, integration, and problem resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with global stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through SAP technology.

What You Will Do

SAP Order Management

  • Support and enhance SAP Order Management processes, including:
    • Quotations and Standard Orders
    • Consignment
    • Scheduling Agreements
    • Returns
    • Credit and Debit Memos
    • ATP / GATP
    • Back Order Processing
    • Material Determination
    • Sales BOMs
    • Pricing
    • Billing and Invoicing
    • Customer Master
  • Work with Material Master and IDoc processing.
  • Support Outputs, CMIR, Free Goods Determination, and Credit Management.
  • Work with Pricing Routines, Output Routines, Copy Controls, and interfaces.
  • Understand cross-module integration, particularly with FI, MM, IM, and WM.

SAP Logistics Execution

  • Support inbound and outbound delivery processes, including:
    • Standard deliveries
    • Subcontracting
    • Third-party
    • Drop-ship
    • Deliveries without reference
  • Work with Delivery Due Lists, Route Determination, Delivery Forms, Labels, and Picking Processes.
  • Support shipments, packing instructions, handling units, shipping forms, Bills of Lading, and customer-specific labeling.
  • Working knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) integration is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA & Digital Transformation

  • Apply hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Support Business Partner (BP) configuration and BRF+.
  • Work with FSCM, Advanced Returns, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, Fiori Apps, and aATP.
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data quality during SAP transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes through modern SAP capabilities.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Support SAP design, development, configuration, and implementation activities.
  • Perform unit and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day SAP issues and work with business stakeholders to drive timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform basic debugging of SAP programs to identify and resolve application or configuration issues, including Smart Forms.
  • Independently manage customer requests and complex business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-module teams when issues involve multiple SAP processes or integrations.
  • Mentor junior team members and share functional knowledge and best practices.

Global Collaboration

  • Work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, end users, and global SAP teams.
  • Support alternate shifts when required to provide coverage for U.S. time zones.
  • Manage multiple customer requests, business priorities, and projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 9+ years of relevant SAP experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Order Management and Logistics Execution.
  • Strong understanding of SAP processes including:
    • Order Management
    • Deliveries
    • Shipping
    • Pricing
    • Billing
    • Returns
    • ATP / Back Order Processing
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to perform basic SAP debugging and analyze application/configuration issues.
  • Strong understanding of cross-module SAP integration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and virtual team environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with SAP aATP / GATP.
  • Experience with SAP GTS integration.
  • Knowledge of FSCM and Advanced Returns.
  • Experience with Business Partner configuration and BRF+.
  • Experience with LTMC and SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
  • Knowledge of data migration processes.
  • Experience with IDocs, interfaces, output routines, pricing routines, and copy controls.
  • Experience with Smart Forms and basic ABAP debugging.
  • Experience working with cross-module integrations such as FI, MM, IM, and WM.
  • Experience supporting global SAP implementations or transformation programs.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and take ownership of complex customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, manage conflicting priorities, and resolve internal and external stakeholder concerns.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
