Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Business Consultantspecializing in loan and deposit solutions to join our client's team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client's customers, leading strategic consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in the loan/deposit domain, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance.
• Lead the design and development of customized loan and deposit solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in loan processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the loan/deposit domain.
• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster growth and expertise within the team.
• Contribute to developing thought leadership content, including training programs, articles, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT/Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting role focusing on the loan domain.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Previous experience working with regional or multinational financial institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin and English, frequent communication with stakeholders in Shenzhen.
• Expert in emerging technologies within the loan/deposit sector.
