We are seeking a skilled Principal Business Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions with a focus on core banking systems. This is an onsite position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable core banking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of banking systems.
• Lead consulting projects for clients, particularly those in the banking sector.
• Provide expert advice on deposit-related banking technologies and industry best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, especially regional partners in Shenzhen.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT/Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, with a focus on the deposit domain.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for this regional role.
• In-depth knowledge of deposit-related banking solutions and technologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and platforms.
