The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Principal Business Analyst – SAP S4 RTR (Record-to-Report) to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. You will be the go-to expert for resolving complex cross-functional issues, leading production support, and driving continuous improvement in our SAP landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary support contact for SAP S/4HANA RTR operations across Finance and Controlling modules.
• Lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, BASIS, and development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and approve support-driven changes for production deployment.
• Support SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address alerts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Hands-on configuration/customization experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with SD, MM, HR, and other modules.
• Experience in template design, business consulting, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in key FICO areas: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA, RAR, and more.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, IDocs, and 3PL integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Security & Authorization and Fiori Apps.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and FP&A reporting.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
