About the team
The Commercial Sustainability team's main focus is on ensuring long-term commercial viability and ecosystem health. They focus on strategic planning to maintain a healthy marketplace or monetization ecosystem, often work on policy design, guardrails, and incentives that drive sustainable growth for creators, sellers, or partners, balances short-term revenue goals with long-term ecosystem health
Responsibilities
- Be part of the Malaysia TikTok Shop Commercial Sustainability team, driving high importance outcomes through target setting & tracking, resource planning, and project management
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and diagnosis of current issues and proactively alerting the right stakeholders while problem solving
- Responsible for the analytics and business planning for your assigned business initiatives, including market opportunity assessment, target setting and dissection, business progress tracking, business actions review, and hosting key meeting cadence
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders and cross functional teams on strategic direction discussion, target alignment, business action planning, and driving the delivery of business results
