We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Business Analyst to join our IT & Business Change Team here at Guinness. This permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week vacancy is based from our Oldham office. We appreciate that flexibility is important, therefore we operate a hybrid working model. You will work in the office for 2 days per week (please be aware these office days are not consecutive), with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week.
The purpose of the role is to lead the Business Analysis practice, developing the team to deliver consistent high-quality outputs whilst ensuring effective collaboration on design and business requirements across the group. It is essential that the Principal Business Analyst, responsible for leading a team of qualified Business Analysts, holds the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis to ensure consistent application of industry‑recognised standards and practices.
