
Responsible for managing and coordinating all building technical systems and maintenance activities. Focus on operational continuity, compliance, and team oversight.
Manage maintenance and modifications of electrical, HVAC, water, gas, sewage, kitchen, and security systems
Oversee daily activities of technical teams and contractors
Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS)
Set up and maintain preventive maintenance programs (including H&S and legal compliance)
Plan and support upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management of installations
Manage outages, risk logs, and continuous improvement actions
Maintain technical documentation and “as-built” records
Supervise repairs, maintenance, and building works
Support installation of technical equipment, labs, and office relocations
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and drafting SOWs/contracts
Participate in on-call duty when required
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in facilities/building maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems (TIA standards)
Good understanding of HVAC, BMS, and building systems
Knowledge of fire safety and technical regulations
Experience managing technical staff and contractors
Experience with administration, reporting, and documentation tools
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Strong English; working knowledge of French
Experience with AV/presentation systems
Knowledge of generators, plumbing, and heating systems
Experience in international or NATO environments
Awareness of hazardous materials handling
