Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory, by promoting,sellingand servicing Medtronic Endovascular and related productsPractice good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expenseplanning and controland trainappropriate medicalstaff on products and procedures.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning/Results Orientation
Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales budget
Territory Management/Account Development
Develop andmaintainaccurateaccount and territory records
Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas tomaintainoptimumlevel of exposure and effective time management

Required Knowledge and Experience:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+years experience*
ORAssociate’s DegreeAND 8+years experience*
ORBachelor’s DegreeAND 6+years experience*
*Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices,medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
DESIRED/PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of Medical Device Sales experience
Demonstratedsuccess in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies
Consistent top-tier performance (Top 10%), including recognition such as President’s Club or equivalent awards

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
