About the role

We are seeking a solutions-focused Principal Analyst to lead the design, development and enhancement of enterprise CRM, automation and business intelligence solutions across the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate complex operational needs into scalable, user-centred solutions that improve data quality, streamline processes and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major enterprise CRM migration program while helping shape modern, sustainable platform capability across NESA.

  • Supporting enterprise CRM migration and data activities
  • Developing dashboards, reporting and data insights for stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborating with vendors, ICT teams and operational stakeholders
  • Providing technical leadership across projects and platforms
  • Driving improvements to data quality and user experience
  • Supporting solution architecture, integrations and platform governance

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience delivering enterprise CRM and analytics solutions within complex environments and be confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive collaboration, innovation and successful project outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric/Power BI
  • Experience delivering large-scale CRM migration or transformation projects
  • Strong solution design, automation and systems integration capability
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Experience working across business, ICT and vendor stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and project delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
  • An understanding of data governance and enterprise data quality principles
