DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for advancing how Danaher engineers AI solutions by driving AI-assisted development, engineering excellence, reusable standards and developer productivity across our global AI engineering organisation.

You will serve as a technical leader and multiplier for the organisation, helping our teams adopt modern AI engineering practices, accelerate solution delivery and continuously improve how we build, test, deploy and operate AI solutions at enterprise scale.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the adoption and effective use of AI-assisted software engineering, helping teams leverage AI coding capabilities, modern tooling and automation to improve quality, productivity and innovation.
• Establish and evolve engineering standards, development practices, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps processes and quality frameworks that enable AI solutions to be delivered consistently and efficiently.
• Identify, evaluate and introduce emerging engineering tools, technologies and methodologies that improve developer experience, solution quality and delivery speed.
• Develop reusable engineering accelerators, frameworks, templates, reference implementations and best practices that reduce duplication, increase reuse across the AI Solutions portfolio and continuously raise the engineering maturity of the organisation.
• Partner with Platform, Data Engineering, Product Owners, Architects, AI Scientists and Engineers to continuously improve how enterprise AI solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, operated and supported, while helping establish DHR Enterprise AI Solutions as a leader in AI engineering practices across Danaher.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Deep software engineering expertise with hands-on experience designing, building and delivering production-grade software, AI or data solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development, modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation and cloud-native delivery models.
• Proven ability to improve engineering productivity through tooling, automation, standardisation, change management and process optimisation.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence engineers, architects and technical leaders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Driving engineering transformation, developer productivity or software modernisation initiatives.
• Evaluating and deploying AI coding tools, developer assistants and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
• Building reusable engineering frameworks, accelerators or internal developer capabilities within large technology organisations.
