Operating strictly as a cloud/AI-native enterprise Microsoft/Azure shop, they are looking for "Industry Veterans" with a disruptive startup mentality. They have zero tolerance for legacy "click-ops," silos, or manual infrastructure management.
We are seeking a Principal Agentic AI Developer to join the Commercialization platform engineering team. In this role, you will architect, build, and evangelize the Internal Developer Platform ecosystem and commercialization tools, leveraging advanced cloud-native architecture and autonomous AI agents to drive transformative operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect Cloud-Native Platforms: Design and build the core AI-native Internal Developer Platform (IDP) utilizing Go, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and GitOps, eliminating legacy infrastructure management and enabling high-velocity DevSecOps at scale.
Develop Autonomous AI Agents: Design and embed autonomous AI workflows into the commercialization platform using Azure OpenAI, RAG pipelines, and custom LLM tooling to automate complex data workflows, system discovery, and infrastructure deployment.
Orchestrate Distributed Systems: Lead the technical integration of intelligent data hubs, orchestrating high-volume, secure healthcare data via modern APIs, microservices, and enterprise event-driven patterns.
Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion a "full-stack developer mindset" across the enterprise, mentoring cross-functional delivery teams on modern Go, Kubernetes, and AI-first engineering practices.
Executive Technical Leadership: Partner seamlessly with C-suite executives and product leadership to translate complex commercialization strategies into secure, resilient, and disruptive technical roadmaps.
QUALIFICATIONS
Cloud-Native & Backend Mastery: 10+ years of distributed systems engineering, with 4+ years of deep, hands-on architectural expertise building scalable microservices in Go (Golang) and deploying to Kubernetes (AKS strongly preferred).
Applied AI & LLM Engineering: 2+ years of production-level experience integrating Large Language Models, developing RAG architectures, and building autonomous AI agents/tools using Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or similar modern ecosystems.
Modern DevOps Automation: Mastery of GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. You must possess a strict "everything-as-code" mindset with zero reliance on manual GUI configurations.
Full-Stack Awareness: Strong architectural understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) to ensure the backend data platforms and APIs you design seamlessly power intuitive user experiences.
Regulated Environment Experience: Proven ability to design secure, compliant architectures in highly regulated domains (Healthcare preferred) without sacrificing engineering velocity or scalability.
