The Principal, Agency Strategy & Execution is part of the Global Sales team within the Commercial division. You’ll serve in a high‑visibility role working closely with senior leadership to ensure agency initiatives stay aligned with enterprise priorities. As a trusted strategic partner and connector across Global Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Enablement, you’ll help drive coordination and clarity across the organization.

• Partner with senior leadership and Sales leadership to align agency initiatives with enterprise strategy and priorities
• Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring clarity on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, and progress across agency initiatives to proactively surface insights and recommendations
• Serve as the central point of coordination for agency‑related initiatives and cross‑team inputs
• Drive follow‑up and accountability after cross‑functional meetings by clarifying ownership, next steps, and timelines
• Support strategy‑to‑execution efforts by identifying process improvements, program opportunities, and operational efficiencies
• Facilitate ongoing communication with senior leaders by providing executive‑ready insights, recommendations, and progress updates
• Develop presentations and communication materials tailored for executive and operational audiences
• Coordinate with learning and enablement teams to support agency capability‑building efforts
• Partner with analytics and operations teams to support reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in strategy, sales operations, project management, or a related function

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in the airline, travel, or agency distribution industry
• Background in strategy consulting, sales enablement, or enterprise program management
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, data storytelling, and business transformation
• Proven ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and influence cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience developing executive‑level deliverables
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with minimal direction in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management capabilities
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus
