Principal Account Manager, Enablement Partner

The Role:Principal Account Manager, Enablement Partner

The person willbe responsible formanaging existing business and contributing revenue growth by collaborating closely with the Business Units, Customer Service, Technical support, Quality, Production, and Sales support teams. This role involves forecasting revenue, ensuring on-time delivery, and, when necessary,expeditingproduct deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the Account Management team toidentifyand develop new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leading and managing existing business in SamsungWafer carrier,Filtrationand Gaspurification and Fluid managementmarket

  • Orchestrating Entegris’ assets, resources, and systems to providestate-of-the-artcustomer experience in usingEntegrissolutions and products

  • Managing product forecasting, allocation, on-time delivery, andexpeditemanagement

  • Responsible for gaining the main market sharefromthe existing business

  • Contributeto revenue growth through strategic collaboration with the Account management team responsible for new business development

  • Drive revenue growth andachieveexceedsalestargetfor the existing business

  • Lead and collaborate withdiversefunctionalteams,including Product Marketing, Quality,Application Engineering, andcustomer support team,tosustain ongoing businessoperations.

  • Maintainskeenunderstanding of market share andutilizesthis knowledge to prioritize and grow market share.

  • Utilize technicalexpertiseto accuratelyidentifycustomer issues and proactivelyleadthe development of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Provide theappropriate levelof technical application support to ensure smooth PCN implementation

  • Maximize margins and protect ASP (average selling price) by minimizing discounts and maximizing price increases.

  • Effectively present the benefits and capabilities of our technology.

  • Conduct regular analysisonrevenue and product quality issues to understand customer needs and collaborate with the account team to diversify new opportunity development.

  • Provide quotations,solicitpurchase orders,finalizesales

  • Effectively manages customer expectations on inventory support,mitigatesand protects Entegris assets

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):

  • Proven success in achieving revenue target and Business Unit goals, as well as executing marketing strategies end-to end

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities with dynamic timelines to execution

  • A self-driven technical sales professional who leads growth and ensures customer satisfaction

  • Bi-Lingual fluency in English and Korean

  • Demonstrated successfultrack recordof meeting/exceeding sales targets/plan

  • BS degree with+5yearssales experience in Semiconductorand+10yearsworking experience inIDM, ChemicalsuppliersorEquipmentsuppliers

  • Demonstrated ability to handle negotiations, ability to work through ambiguity.
