The Aegis Combat System is an advanced, integrated command, control, weapons, and radar suite deployed globally to counter airborne and surface threats. This position represents GD‑OTS technical support at PTC, shipyards, and AEGIS Ashore sites, executing operation, troubleshooting, integration, and repair of FCS components including the MK‑82 and MK‑200. Based in Saco, ME, it requires frequent domestic and international travel.
Support Aegis program needs at Saco, ME and shipside, serving as GD's customer support representative. Collaborate with the Aegis team to deliver expert assistance. Act as the lead technician and subject matter expert on the Aegis Fire Control System (FCS) for both internal and external customers.
