Thisprocurement position offers an opportunity to support key procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies. Responsibilities include managing RFPs,assistingwith negotiation preparations, and conducting cost analyses. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders tofacilitatethe purchasing of goods, materials, supplies, and services.

What You Will Do

  • Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiriesregardingorder status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborates with buyers onpurchasingactivities for goods, materials, supplies, and services,optimizingprocurement efficiency.
  • Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals tofacilitatesmooth procurement operations.
  • Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assistsin the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
  • Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met.
  • Coordinates with suppliers to schedule orexpeditedeliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays.
  • Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Oversees schedules and purchase orders forCommodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Maybe responsible fordelivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3years of experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Non-product experience

  • Mastersdegree in operationsor supply chain
  • Prior experience negotiating contracts
  • APICS certification
  • Continuous Improvement certification
