Job Description

The PrIME KU provides daily support to the overall operation via troubleshooting and maintenance of the PrIME warehouse management system which enables site throughput flowing and meeting operational performance goals. The PrIME KU also owns standardized reporting & project testing to support ongoing maintenance and all changes. This person is the site technical expert on PrIME and, as such, needs to understand the front end of the system as a key user as well as the back end with deep knowledge of warehousing operation processes.

What You'll Do

  • PrIME Site Expert – Provide input on different options/solutions based on operating strategy and/or state of the business
  • Own PrIME maintenance & security by conducting testing, security refreshes and rollouts
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting the operation short and long term
  • Ensure quality and safety guidelines are met with each WMS configuration change
  • Support/Coach team to enhance operational capability by providing ongoing training and office hours
  • Emulate scenarios and write/submit change requests for enhancements to central platform team
  • Monitor PrIME performance and ensure data integrity
  • Assist the operation in deploying key projects related to PrIME
  • Responsible for the planning, preparation and documentation of standard operating procedures/tests relevant to role responsibilities
  • Owns creating new reports & visualizations to support new & changing business demands
  • Ensure work process is followed in compliance with internal controls standards
  • Own business continuity plan (BCP) for PrIME outages

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PrIME WMS (advanced user/system owner level)
  • Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes and flow
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams
