ASRC Federal Advanced Research LLC is is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Primavera P6 Scheduler to join our Decennial Schedule Support (DSS) team supporting the U.S. Census Bureau. This role helps maintain, update, analyze, and report on project schedules that support the 2030 Census Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

The Scheduler supports the development, update, analysis, and maintenance of project and program schedules for the Decennial Schedule Support contract.

Work Location: This position offers a hybrid work environment with remote work and required on-site support in Suitland, MD as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and analyze weekly schedule updates and incorporate changes into P6 and MS Project schedules.
  • Support stakeholders with navigation, status updates, reporting needs, and troubleshooting related to schedule tools.
  • Maintain schedules that adhere to project WBS structures, interdependencies, and IMS integration requirements
  • Prepare and submit weekly status reports, deliverables, and schedule change request tracking.
  • Ensure schedules meet GAO and DCMA criteria, flag issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • Assist in producing dashboards, extracts, and Power BI schedule reporting.
  • Participate in schedule status meetings and IMS discussions with project teams.
  • Support documentation of schedule processes, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Comply with federal security, training, remote access, and data stewardship guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Two plus years of experience with receiving and analyzing weekly schedule updates and supporting stakeholders using Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of schedule interdependencies and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Knowledge of MS Project.
  • Experience developing schedules following GAO best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Census suitability clearance.
