Lehigh House is where clinical work means something.
We run a 16-bed Long-Term Structured Residence and Partial Hospitalization Program for adults living with serious mental illness: people who need real, sustained support in a community setting instead of a hospital bed. As Primary Therapist, you’ll lead care for a caseload of eight residents, your clinical judgment will carry weight, and your relationships with residents will build over time.

What You Bring
The Honest Part
You’ll work every weekend, with Tuesdays and Thursdays off. Some residents are in acute psychiatric distress, and some days the job is helping someone through a crisis. CATCH trains you in non-invasive de-escalation, and your team has your back.
