St Mary’s CofE Primary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team, teaching our delightful Year 2 class from September 2026.

ECT's (Early Career Teachers) are also welcome to apply.

About the Role

As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons and ensuring every child feels valued, supported and challenged in their learning journey.

You will work closely with the current job-share teacher who knows the class well.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a motivated and reflective Teacher, committed to continuous professional development.
  • Has high expectations of pupils and a strong belief in every child’s ability to succeed.
  • Can create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
