Job Description
The Egypt Education Platform is seeking a motivated and experienced Primary PE Teacher for the Academic Year 2026-2027 to join our vibrant school community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality physical education lessons that inspire primary school students to develop physical skills, teamwork, and a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate physical education lessons aligned with curriculum standards for primary students.
- Encourage participation and foster enthusiasm for a wide range of physical activities and sports.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes physical development and positive social interaction.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and confidence in physical skills.
- Organize and supervise intra- and inter-school sports events and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate physical education with other curricular areas and promote overall student well-being.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices and educate students on the benefits of physical fitness and nutrition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
- Teaching certification relevant to primary education is preferred.
- Experience teaching physical education to primary-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of physical development and child-centered teaching approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for inspiring young students to lead active and healthy lives.
- Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within the school community.
