Community Health Center Inc. maintains strong HPSA scores of 21 for primary medical care, 21 for mental health, and 25 for dental services Eligible providers who join Community Health Center Inc. may qualify for valuable financial assistance programs, including NHSC Loan Repayment, SUD Loan Repayment, Nursecorp LRP as well as the Connecticut Student Loan Repayment Program (CT SLRP)—which mirrors the HRSA-administered National Health Service Corps (NHSC) program and other HRSA supported workforce incentive initiatives designed to recruit and retain healthcare professionals dedicated to community-based primary care.
