THE OPPORTUNITIES: Primary Care Physicians - Family Practice and Internal Medicine
THE LOCATIONS: Grants Pass, Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon
Ready for a change?  We have 5 full time primary care physician opportunities in Southern Oregon! We are seeking family practice physicians and internal medicine physicians to join teams in Grants Pass, Ashland and Medford, Oregon.   These positions require BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.  This employer offers flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.    THE DETAILS: -Year 1 – base salary of $255,000  -Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives of up to $40,000  -$60,000 signing bonus  -Student Loan Bonus Payment up to $100K with a 5 year service commitment -Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance  -Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance  -240 hours authorized time off  -Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits  - Four 10 hour days  (8 clinical hours and 2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days   THE EMPLOYER:  -Not-for-profit, comprehensive health care system serving 600,000 residents in Southern Oregon and Northern California -The region’s top health care provider, with three hospitals and 40 ambulatory clinics -Virtually all medical specialties and services are represented in our organization -Dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care supported by sophisticated technology -Named a Top 15 Health System in the nation eight years in a row by Watson Health -Outstanding opportunities for career advancement and professional growth   THE COMMUNITY: -Located in picturesque Southern Oregon and nestled between the Cascade and Siskiyou mountains, the area is known for its temperate climate with an average of 196 sunny days per year -Here you’ll find warm summers, mild winters, vibrant springs and colorful autumns -Southern Oregon is a great place to live, especially if you love the outdoors -The area offers plenty of recreational activities, family-friendly communities, wonderful schools and an opportunity to enjoy a well-balanced life -The region is home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Britt Music and Arts Festival, Southern Oregon University, Crater Lake National Park, the Rogue River and award-winning wineries and vineyards -Drive to the spectacular Oregon coast in two hours or fly to San Francisco or Portland in 50 minutes -Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is centrally located and easily accessible from most airports
