We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $250,000–$270,000 (based experience & location)
• Competitive sign on bonus
• Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
• Full Benefits on Day 1
• Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage

Role Highlights

• Value-Based Care; majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus
• 12–15 patients per day
• Integrated Care Team:
• NP/PA
• Medical Assistants
• Social Workers
• Lab & Pharmacy support
• Referral coordination

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Geriatric experience preferred
• HEDIS experience a plus
• Value-Based Care experience preferred—but not required; training provided
