The Opportunity

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, managing acute concerns, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs. You'll practice with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to mentor APPs, contribute to quality initiatives, and help shape the future of primary care within an innovative healthcare organization.

What You'll Bring

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
• Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Compensation Range:

$211,369.00

to

$317,053.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
