Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Lake Station, Indiana

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Lake Station who wants excellent work-life balance, competitive income, and the freedom to focus on patients instead of production quotas.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and continuity of care. Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are welcome, with strong clinical and administrative support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $230,000–$270,000
• Medical insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 75%
• 160 hours PTO plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits

• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance considered case-by-case
