Primary Care Physician (FM or IM)

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Gardner, MA who wants predictable income, loan repayment support, and flexibility.

This outpatient role provides team support and no routine weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
• $200,000–$225,000 base
• $25,000 annual internal loan repayment
• NHSC up to $75,000
• Quarterly bonus
• ICHRA medical option
