We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Utica, NY with Slocum-Dickson Medical Group This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a structured path to partnership and a highly competitive compensation package.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Clinical Hours: 40 hours of direct patient care per week
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
This role provides a consistent weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities, allowing for strong work-life balance while practicing comprehensive primary care.
Base Salary: $240,000–$300,000 (commensurate with experience)
Partnership Track:
Eligible after 2 years
3-year track for visa candidates
