Duties:The physician willbe responsible formanaging a panel of nursing home patients, addressing both routine and acute medical needs while ensuring high-quality, coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff.
Qualifications:Applicantsmust havea MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtainstatemedical license.Applicants musthavecompletedaGeriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal MedicinefellowshipApplicantsmust be board certified or eligibleinGeriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
