Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) — Winter Haven, FL

A large, well-established healthcare organization in Winter Haven, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $192,153 – $288,230 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive health
• Educate patients and families regarding wellness, disease prevention, and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
• Review and manage medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Address patient questions and clinical concerns
• Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, quality-focused care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
