Primary Care Physician

North Lakeland, Florida · Full-Time · On I-4 between Tampa and Orlando

WHY THIS ONE

• $230,000 to $250,000 base, negotiable, plus a bonus of up to 25% of salary paid quarterly.
• For most physicians this is a job change, not a move. North Lakeland sits on I-4, about 35 miles from Tampa and 55 from Orlando.
• A team-based practice. You work alongside a Practice Administrator and a Case Manager, so the coordination and follow-up that usually lands on the physician is shared.
• A market that is still growing fast. The Lakeland metro ranks fourth in the nation for population growth, and Polk County is projected to pass one million residents by 2030.
• WHAT WE ARE SCREENING FOR
• MD, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility, active DEA, current BLS and ACLS
• Experience in a Medicare Advantage or value-based care setting
• Physicians practicing under a Florida Area of Critical Need certificate are considered with 10 or more years of experience
• Bilingual skills are not required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Malpractice insurance including tail coverage, $3,500 CME allowance plus four CME days, sign-on and relocation options, 401(k) with a 100% company match on the first 3% and 50% from 4% to 5% with no vesting period, medical, dental and vision with a $0 copay in network, PTO and sick leave, six paid holidays plus four floating. Athena EMR.
