Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our thriving hospital-owned multi-specialty group. Position Highlights
Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group
Practice: Outpatient Primary Care
Clinic Locations: Anderson or Palo Cedro (1015 minutes from hospital)
Support System: Medical Assistants and Scribes
Academic Opportunity: Teaching available with in-house Internal Medicine Program
Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
Weekends: None
Call: 7+ days/month (shared among providers)
Visa Support: J-1 sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package with production bonus
Base salary: $230,000 $280,000 annually (negotiable) + productivity bonus (based on collections)
