Responsibilities for the Primary Care Physician

• 
  Seeing
  maximum 15-17 patients per day
• 
  Call
  1:7 by phone
• 
  Experience
  with Medicare advantage a plus
• 
  Collect,
  record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history,
  reports, and examination results.
• 
  Analyze
  records, reports, test results, or examination information to better
  access patients risk factors

Requirements of the Primary Care Physician

• 
  Active
  Florida Medical License
• 
  Board Eligible or Board Certified
  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician w/ Fellowship
  Highly preferred
• 
  Area of Critical Need (ACN) Physician, General Practitioner accepted
