Call Schedule: 3 weeks per year

Procedures required:
Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants
Credentialing Time Frame: 60 - 90 days
Location: Openings in Spring, TX and Woodlands, TX
Responsibilities: To be discussed on interview
Credentialing and Licensing Requirements: Texas Medical License
Board Certification in what specialty? American Board Certified
