New Tucson center opening May 2025
Outpatient only | 15 patients per day
Minimal call (market-based rotation)
Dedicated care team per physician
Transportation support (Uber/Lyft) and complimentary wellness programs for patients
Compensation & Benefits:
$270,000 base salary
Up to 20% annual bonus
$100,000 sign-on bonus
Up to 29 days PTO
Full benefits + malpractice with tail
Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified/Eligible FM or IM
Geriatrics experience a plus
Active medical license & DEA
