Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
to join our growing clinical team supporting our Barstow clinic

Position Highlights

• Full-Time or Part-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical Group
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with providers typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative work
• No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for your own patients
• Average patient volume of approximately 14–18 patients per day
• Focus on Annual Wellness Visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medication reconciliation, patient education, and continuity of care
• Patient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income families
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
• Salary range of approximately $106,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience and schedule
• Supportive team culture with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth
• Option for 1099 or W2 employment available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active California RN License, NP License, and Furnishing License
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP preferred)
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and EMR documentation skills
