Samaritan Daytop Health is a FQHC community‑based health center based in the Bronx that provides holistic, integrated primary and behavioral healthcare to adults and families. It is in collaboration with Samaritan Daytop Village which provides housing, addiction support and behavioral health to the community. The clinic offers comprehensive services including primary care, psychiatric care, preventive health services, nutritional counseling, and case management, with a strong focus on culturally responsive and affordable care for underserved populations. As a trusted partner of Samaritan Daytop Village, the health center is closely integrated with substance use, mental health, and recovery programs, allowing patients to receive coordinated physical and behavioral healthcare in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD) to join our new Primary Care Health Center. This location offers a collaborative, integrated care environment with complementary programs and services designed to support our clients comprehensively. The physician will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

This is a full-time exempt role with a compensation of 200K-225K annually with a full benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 25 days of paid time off, access to a retirement account with an employer to match, and tuition reimbursement. The compensation offered for this role is dependent on experience and credentials.
This clinic is located inside the Richard Pruss building in the Port Morris section of the South Bronx and has a regular schedule of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Due to clinic operating hours, flexibility is required to work occasionally outside of 9am-5pm.
