NorthKey Community Care has an opening for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide quality and flexible medication management and behavioral health services to child, adolescent, and adult clients with serious mental illness (SMI), severe emotional disturbance (SED), and substance use diagnoses. This position will rotate a schedule in our rural county offices in Williamstown, KY, Carrollton, KY, and Falmouth, KY, with every Friday at our Covington location on Madison Avenue This is an on-site position, and the hours are M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm, NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, and 10 PAID holidays!! This position will allow for that perfect work-life balance!
