This program is designed to equip aspiring plant technicians like you with the essential skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience required for success career in the industry. At P&G, we are committed to investing in and nurturing talented individuals, providing invaluable theoretical and practical experiences right within our plant.
As a participant in the PRIMA program, you will gain extensive work competencies through a balanced approach: 70% hands-on experience in production operations, 20% guided mentorship from the experts, and 10% engaging classroom training and workshop. You will immerse yourself in P&G’s high standards and methods, enhancing your capabilities and preparing you for future challenges. Plus, you will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects that directly contribute to our business objectives.
