About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]
상품거버넌스부문은 재보험 전략 및 프라이싱·모델 검증, 데이터·기술 기반 Transformation 및 AI/Automation 추진, 그리고 상품 전략 및 거버넌스 운영을 통합적으로 수행하며, 세 가지 전문 기능을 유기적으로 결합해 상품 리스크 관리와 의사 결정의 적정성을 지원하고 상품 개발과 관리의 생산성과 품질 향상을 주도하는 핵심 컨트롤 타워 역할을 수행합니다.
Pricing Validation & Reinsurance 포지션은 재보험, 상품 가정, 프라이싱 및 모델 검증을 담당하는 핵심 계리 전문가로서, 재보험 출재와 상품 가정 및 프라이싱·모델 검증을 통해 상품의 리스크 적정성과 수익성을 확보하고, 기술적 검증 및 의사 결정을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다.
[담당 업무]
1. 상품 가정(Assumption) 개발 지원 및 검증 총괄
- 신상품 핵심 계리 가정 개발의 전략적 방향성을 제시, 가정 개발 프로세스의 품질과 일관성 유지 지원
- 프라이싱 가정의 적정성·리스크 반영 수준을 검증하며, 주요 가정 변경 시 영향도 및 민감도 분석 검토
- 유관 부서 협업을 통한 가정 관련 의사 결정 리딩 및 Group 기준과의 정합성 확보
2. 프라이싱 및 모델 검증
- 주요 상품 프라이싱 결과·산출 과정·모델 로직 검증
- 민감도 분석·시나리오 테스트·수익성 검토 보고서 승인 총괄
3. 재보험 전략 수립 및 운영
- 회사의 위험 특성 및 자본 효율성을 고려한 상품별 재보험 전략 설계
- 출재 구조 검토 및 재보험사 협상 총괄
- 재보험 프로그램 실행, 성과 모니터링 및 개선 활동 주도
4. Group 본사와의 전략적·기술적 협업 주도
- Group Actuarial / Reinsurance / Risk 조직과 협업하여 글로벌 표준·정책·기술 요구 사항의 국내 프로세스 반영
- Group 승인 프로세스(Pricing Review, Reinsurance Approval, Model Validation) 리딩
[자격 요건]
- 계리/프라이싱/재보험 경력 8년 이상
- 보험 상품 구조, 리스크 요인, 경험분석·가정 체계에 대한 계리 지식
- Pricing 모델(AXIS, Prophet 등) 활용 경험
- 유관 부서와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량
