Pricing & Tender Intern

About the Role

As a Pricing & Tender Intern, you will support pricing and tender activities across the business, ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pricing operations within the healthcare and medical devices industry while working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tender administration activities.
• Maintain and update the internal tender database.
• Support pricing reviews, sales deals, and tender-related processes.
• Build effective relationships with Divisional Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and Sales Representatives regarding pricing and tender documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues related to tenders, quotations, and pricing processes.
• Maintain accurate pricing and sales deal information in S4 or SEAP systems.
• Collaborate closely with field sales teams to ensure compliance with pricing policies.
• Identify pricing-related issues and support Sales Managers in recommending appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduate Intern or final-year student
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills in both Romanian and English
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Team player with a flexible and supportive attitude
