In this role, you will combine actuarial expertise, analytical thinking, and commercial judgment to turn complex information into practical business insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and help ensure that pricing decisions are data-driven, aligned with business objectives, and appropriately assessed from financial and risk perspectives. This position offers exposure to a broad range of strategic activities, from evaluating campaigns and supporting product planning to monitoring business performance and developing new pricing concepts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations and reports for business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
  • Support annual strategic planning, including objectives, product mix targets, product margin assumptions, and new product roadmaps.
  • Monitor progress against strategic plans and recommend actions where necessary.
  • Contribute to market research, concept testing, pilot pricing models, and business cases for new pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate pricing risk reporting and monitor post-launch product and portfolio performance.
  • Identify emerging risks and provide recommendations for product optimization and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

  • Fellowship of a recognized actuarial professional body, such as FSAI, FSA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in actuarial, pricing, strategic planning, business planning, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and actuarial modeling software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A structured, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
