Design and evaluate pricing and packaging for new products and capabilities, partnering with Product, Finance, Sales, and Business Unit leadership to define value metrics, price points, packaging, willingness-to-pay hypotheses, and launch economics.
Analyze commercial performance and recommend pricing actions, including promotion structures, discount patterns, price realization, product mix, adoption, and effectiveness of pricing and commercial programs.
Build competitive and market pricing intelligence, including competitor pricing models, packaging, value metrics, commercial practices, and broader SaaS and AI monetization trends; translate external insights into implications for RealPage pricing strategy.
Lead pricing governance and decision support, developing fact bases and recommendations for Pricing Council and other executive forums, maintaining pricing frameworks and decision criteria, and helping ensure consistency of pricing decisions across the portfolio.
Drive transformation of RealPage's pricing architecture and frameworks, including evolution of pricing models, value metrics, segmentation, bundling principles, SKU architecture, willingness-to-pay methodologies, and monetization approaches as the portfolio increasingly shifts toward AI-enabled offerings.
