About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to join our centralized pricing organization.

In this role, you will help deliver competitive and accurate transportation solutions across Air, Ocean, and Multimodal products, working closely with Expeditors branches, carriers, product teams, and Account Management partners around the world.

You will become part of a fast-paced environment where pricing expertise, customer focus, operational excellence, and collaboration directly contribute to business growth and customer success.

What You Will Do

• Process spot quote requests within agreed turnaround times and service levels.
• Analyze shipment requirements, routing options, transit times, and operational constraints.
• Gather and validate buy rates from internal and external sources.
• Build accurate, competitive, and profitable quotations.
• Coordinate with origin and destination offices across the global network.
• Support Air, Ocean, and Multimodal pricing requests.
• Maintain quote tracking, reporting accuracy, and system updates.
• Follow established pricing procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding urgent requests, risks, and opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization efforts across quoting operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Pricing, Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, routing, freight products, and carrier solutions.
• Experience working in an international or shared-services environment.
• Familiarity with quotation tools, rate management platforms, or logistics systems.

Gross Salary Range: 7500-8500 RON
