Molex is looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support our Product Line Managers by maintaining MSRP and list pricing, coordinating pricing workflows, and ensuring global pricing consistency across systems and regions. This role is hands-on and execution-focused and partner closely with product management, commercial pricing team, sales and customer service to help ensure pricing changes are implemented accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update MSRP/list prices for assigned product lines in alignment with Product Line Manager direction and established governance.
  • Coordinate MSRP changes driven by cost updates, lifecycle changes, portfolio actions, or market triggers; ensure changes are reflected consistently across regions and systems.
  • Manage effective dates, change history, and documentation for MSRP updates to maintain transparency and auditability.
  • Implement and maintain all pricing contracts for assigned customer.
  • Coordinate pricing master data updates between CPQ and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP/SAP, CRM/Salesforce) to prevent quoting/order issues.
  • Perform validation checks after updates (spot checks, exception reports, sampling) to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as the coordination point between Product Line Managers, Revenue Ops (Pricing), regional stakeholders, and system admins to ensure pricing changes are implemented consistently.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in pricing operations, master data, sales operations, product operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with data (SKUs, price tables, effective dates, currencies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivots, lookups).

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with ERP pricing/master data (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, SAP BW) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting global teams and managing regionally consistent processes.
  • Familiarity with pricing governance controls (approval routing, audit trails, effective-date management).

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 to $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
