Job Description

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki and play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation and alignment of Pricing policies across Alumil Group.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Sales Division, combining strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of pricing principles and commercial data. You will gather, analyze, and interpret pricing, cost, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support better commercial decisions.

Your day-to-day work will involve working with complex datasets, translating numbers into meaningful insights, and supporting the implementation of the Group's Pricing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and regularly update Pricing policies and guidelines across Alumil Group.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze cost, pricing, sales, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Division and internal stakeholders to address pricing-related topics and support commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable pricing insights.
  • Use Power BI to visualize data, enhance reporting capabilities, and communicate key findings effectively.
  • Manage and update pricing-related data within the SAP SD module, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor pricing performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and methodologies.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Translate complex data structures and analytical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Alumil Group Pricing Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • MSc in Data Analysis, Costing or MBA will be appreciated
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in Pricing, Commercial Analysis, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization
  • Experience working with SAP, ideally within the SAP SD module, will be considered a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Commercial functions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present analytical findings in a clear and concise way
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
